Automatic test panel spraying systems for laboratory testing. Samples can be made with specific control of critical factors such as: flow atomization, gloss, thickness and drying time. The possibility to modify the various parameters allows to execute the spraying program automatically in a constant and reproducible way: distance from the gun to the panel, waiting time (optional), transverse speed, time and number of passes, spray pressure, height adjustment.
All sprayers are totally pneumatic to work in conditions of absolute safety. On wheels, for easy movement, with locking system during use; removable and interchangeable panel support, magnetic or vacuum; air drying unit available for each model; works with electrostatic guns of various brands.
